1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Executive Search Africa platform ("Platform"), operated by RiskTech & Advisory, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

  • "Candidate" refers to any individual who registers on the Platform seeking executive or governance roles.
  • "Organisation" refers to any corporate entity, start-up, SME, or not-for-profit that registers to post roles or search for candidates.
  • "Recruiter" refers to any headhunter or recruitment professional using the Platform.
  • "Services" refers to the executive recruitment, matching, verification, and related services provided through the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Executive Search Africa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes related to executive recruitment. You shall not:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without written consent.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
  • Use the Platform to discriminate against any individual on the basis of race, gender, religion, or any other protected characteristic.

6. Identity Verification

Candidates may be required to complete identity verification. Verification is subject to review and approval by our administration team. A verified badge does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of a candidate's qualifications. Executive Search Africa reserves the right to revoke verification at any time.

7. Fees and Payments

Organisations posting roles may be subject to fees as outlined in the plan pricing schedule. All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Executive Search Africa reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software on the Platform are the property of RiskTech & Advisory and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Executive Search Africa provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiskTech & Advisory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
